Return & Refunds

Our products are grown as much as possible with local varieties of Seeds and without use of inorganic fertilizers and pesticides. They might not be visually as appealing as the other crops. Their shelf life might also be relatively lesser. However, if you are still not satisfied with our products we shall be providing you a credit for your next purchase or refund the amount.

Incase the products are door delivered the Delivery charges are not refundable. The refund will be given only for the price of the products only.

Cancellation

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them
